Pete Doris Native Spirit is the creative project of Greek music producer Petros Voudouris, focused on relaxing and meditation music. Pete is a multi-instrumentalist, dedicated sound engineer, and audio-mastering specialist with a passion for delivering high-fidelity sound. A devoted meditator, he channels his practice into music for inner peace, weaving his skills into soundscapes that gently nurture calm and well-being.His love for the Native American flute grew out of a hands-on exploration of flute making. Crafting flutes inspired by different cultures and eras, he became deeply fascinated by how much diversity and expression can emerge from such a simple, ancient form—sometimes no more than a reed or a piece of bamboo shaped by breath and time.He began exploring ancient inspired instruments with a meditative soul, discovering their subtle yet profound power to cleanse and shift energy. Rattles whispered through the air like filters for the aura, singing bowls sent deep, vibrating waves that sharpened the mind, and the frame drum pulsed like the heartbeat of the earth itself. It was all new to him, a world of sound he had never touched, yet he wove it seamlessly into his own sonic palette—synths, samplers, sound design, and found sounds—creating a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern imagination.Across time, certain communities have expressed a heartfelt subtlety, with people attuned to the rhythms of nature and its inhabitants. Even as our modern perspective often measures progress in a straight line, those primal instruments gently remind us of the timeless lessons we can still learn.

The flute is as old as the world. It carries the voice of the wind and echoes the heartbeat of the Great Spirit. Across the earth, each land holds its own flute, shaped by its ancestors, telling the stories of those who once walked there.

Crafted with care and attention to detail, this music is based on healing frequencies and Solfeggio tunings, designed to support deep relaxation and a calm state of mind.
Primal instruments—like drums, rattles, and flutes—awaken our innate connection to rhythm and nature, grounding the body, calming the mind, and stirring deep emotional and energetic release.
Relaxing music can influence the body’s hormonal balance by helping lower cortisol levels and supporting the release of oxytocin. By calming the nervous system, it may significantly reduce anxiety and also serve as a gentle aid for sleep.
As a meditator myself, I often seek a safe place in the silence of a still mind. This project is created to support the winding down from a busy day—using soft, gentle sounds as a path toward silence, and as a prelude to deeper meditation practice.
Start your day with gentle support. This music helps you wake calmly, filling you with positive energy and a quiet curiosity for the hours ahead. It eases the stress that builds during busy days, and when evening comes, it guides you into deep, rejuvenating sleep—like resting on a warm, soft pillow of sound.

With every note, the Native American–style flute carries a calm energy that eases the mind, nurtures emotional balance, and invites the listener to reconnect with their inner stillness and the subtle rhythms of nature.
